re一下。

但是感觉他还是没有把具体怎么做讲清楚。
比如预测部分，它把可能的各种影响因素，都讲了一下，
但是没有将具体怎么操作。
再比如确定underage cost和overage cost，
还是不知道具体怎么操作去做啊~

关 于cost,有些公司如果用abc(activity based cost),应该有机会算出来.不过一般性可能没有那么细.不过国外是有些公司会专门 估计的这些order cost,holding cost的.这两个还是比较容易,关键shortage cost怎么估计,就是仁者见仁的事情.
forecast,还是一句话,建立在数据上的艺术.
